Event Preview
The competitive action on the Cup Series schedule continues this coming weekend, as the Coca-Cola 600 will be held in North Carolina. The race forms part of the Crown Jewel races, and it is held on the same day as both the Monaco Grand Prix and the Indy 500.
Drivers will compete over a total of 600 miles, with the contest run over 400 laps. Each of the four stages consists of 100 laps, with the worst-performing drivers being eliminated. Christopher Bell won the race in 2024, and the American could be a prominent selection once again this year.

It has been an excellent season to this point for Bell, and he tasted victory last time out when landing the All-Star Race. Bell has won three times already on the Cup Series schedule this season, and he has finished in the top ten in five of the last six races.
However, it could be argued that Kyle Larson is the in-form driver. The former champion has won two of the last four races, and he is yet to finish outside of the top five across that period. William Byron will be one of a number of drivers chasing a return to form after finishing outside of the top ten in each of the last two races.
Coca-Cola 600 Picks
An engaging race is set for this Sunday, but it could be challenging to overlook Bell. The American knows what it takes to win the Coca-Cola 600, and his form couldn’t be much stronger coming into this weekend in North Carolina.
