At one point this season, the Houston Rockets were the best defense in the league. Today, they’re in the middle of the table when it comes to opponents’ points, with 112.5 points allowed a game.
When it comes to the Washington Wizards, it’s just the opposite – this team is the worst defense in the league with 124.0 points conceded per game on average.
We don’t think they’re going to do great defensively this evening either. The Rockets are okay offensively, with a couple of players who should have no problems going over 15. One of those is Jabari Smith, who’s been on form lately. The 20-year-old forward scored at least 15 in five of Houston’s last six games.

Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks is the NBA’s highest scorer with a PPG of 34.4. He scored under that number in two of his last three games. In his most recent game, however, he scored 37.
It happened against the Denver Nuggets, which saw Doncic put on one of his best performances in weeks. We’re certain that it’s given him a massive morale boost, so it’s only logical to assume he’s going to do even better this time.
