Event Preview
The 2024-25 season hasn’t been the campaign that Ipswich would have been hoping for after a memorable Championship campaign last term. The Tractor Boys look set to finish the season in 19th place in the Premier League standings, and they come into this round after losing four of their previous five.
Kieran McKenna’s side came up short once again last weekend, as they were easily beaten away from home against Leicester City. However, it has been their home form that has been most concerning this term.
Ipswich have won just 6% of their matches at Portman Road this season, with 72% of their home fixtures ending in defeat.

West Ham have been slightly fortunate that the three promoted teams have been so weak this season, as they sit 15th in the Premier League standings after winning just once across their last five.
The Hammers fell to a final home defeat of the season last time out after losing 2-1 against Nottingham Forest. Scoring goals has been a continued issue for Graham Potter’s side this term.
West Ham have failed to score in 22% of their Premier League matches this season, and they have suffered defeats in 44% of their matches played away from the London Stadium.
Ipswich vs. West Ham Picks
Both West Ham and Ipswich will be happy to see the end of the 2024-25 season. This weekend’s clash is likely to be a low-quality affair, and given that both teams have struggled for wins throughout the campaign, there could be solid value in the points being shared.
